Zombieland: Double Tap

Awaiting sequel of Zombieland gave alarm in appearance of video materials. Was watching every of them I was ready to self-confident sufferings, because you’re usually take them due to excellent previous part/s.

Live in the world of zombies or millennials? Not so philosophical, but a question I discovered in Zombieland 2, where was worst – a combine of both. Let me be truthful, it’s hard for me to see baby face people with looking unnatural beards. So, the answer is obvious. However, zombie in Zombieland: Double Tap is a rare phenomenon and in watching forget about their existence and that’s a film about them. I was observing for staging of play written by unleavened dramaturge and played by good actors. Same writers and director, but different film. The trashed sequel is parodying a first movie. In moment of presense of copy-paste of two characters, it was a trashed parody inside of a trash parody, where the most awkward was discussing rules and commandments. For ten years Reese-Wernick pair and joined Dave Callaham couldn’t exclude predictability, demonstrate creativity and give explainable goals for characters. Intrigue of story lines were creating from nothing. Destination to amusement park and Twinkie searching were reasonable in Zombieland, when sudden Graceland here of far-fetched. Visiting of left clean The White House and tower with name Babylon disclose triviality. Millennial pacifist society and “Zombie Year Kill” is out from tone of the previous flick if take less. I didn’t surprise, because authors made me confident in follow of way of trash in a pilot episode of scrapped Zombieland TV-series, where some ideas moved to the sequel. Scriptwriters were using cheap variants as one was similar to Noah assignment – is giving to every character a pair, but I tell – a one personage will stay alone. So, it must expect in Zombieland 3.
Evolution of living dead is a curious, but it will stay in ideas, because authors didn’t devote in elaboration. More looks as try to add new. Characters never understand that unkillable zombie can die after headshot.
Quartet of personages didn’t show new in personalities. Only Tallahassee became a hysterical, what isn’t nice. Columbus still afraid clowns and do reflex shots, Wichita is losing character and Little Rock performs a secondary role due to absence of most of time. In actors, who in together for ten years have only one good flick and it’s zombie film Maggie, sometimes I stopped to see a character and they did role as job, because it’s guilt of the screenplay. The most frequent was from Emma Stone. New personages I didn’t like. If give me to write a screenplay, I’d funny with those millennials and genocide.
As usually in a degradation process happens, it can touch everything or most. About humor quality can express in solo row of words: “toilet, trash, swears, sex and word warping”. I’ve laughed twice – Walking Dead comics and how end relations between Little Rock and Berkeley (yes, she’s a lonely heart.) with follow reaction of Tallahassee.
Long coming of action is staging in presentation and near to tasteless of kept to be weak directing of a man, who likes to use slow motion without need as useless rarest acts of needless epic by also saved composer from the first part. Zombie kills look a PG-13 movie and in 80s the film would got this rate (if erase all swears, which sounds Tourette syndrome from characters.). Ruben Fleischer demonstrated how to waste 42 million dollars. Resident Evil: The Final Chapter has roughly same budget (41,8 million dollars in today count.). In a film was a lot of action, where was a scene with tower too, where was shooting with hordes of zombie and for their termination was burnt all building, when Zombieland: Double Tap never entertain.

That what was in Zombieland hasn’t in pattern Zombieland: Double Tap. If follow Columbus way, it’s the worst Zombieland film of decade at least.
