For this great man must be a bottle. 2016 Cheval Noir Saint-Emilion was opened in day of 100th Anniversary of Charles Bronson. A pack of Ile de France Petit Camembert was for snack. I described about heartbreaking disappointment to this cheese, which wasn’t camembert, and I wouldn’t buy it. I just got it and put on fridge, which lied for a few days until feast.
“Wah!” was my loud expression in sniffing of opened bottle. I’ve got a collection of best grapes. It always possible that using will opposite while it wasn’t. Cheval Noir Saint-Emilion is tender in rinsing and doesn’t catch an acid. One of reasons that the wine gets in relaxation it has 13,5%. Drinking is plain and nothing unbelievable. Goodness by it’s age. A comfortable stance in aftertaste.
P.S. Camembert still not camembert. It’s impossible with wine and better eat outside. Fortunately, I had a hard cheese, which is searching second part of fusion for this wine.
