Festivity drink: CastelGiocondo Brunello di Montalcino.

A year passed after fall of fascism, which in that day in April 25 celebrated Liberation Day. Then Italians were in disagreement about type of ruling. There were monarchist, fascists and republicans. Just appointed king Umberto II decided to hold referendum on which form of ruling want Italians. It was in June 2. Urban north and rustic south showed contradiction there. The first wanted entering of republic while the second were keeping to monarchy. In results 54,27% (12,7 million.) voted for republic against 45,73% (10,7 million.). That became Republic Day. 

I was in wanderings in looking for of wines, which on hundred percent of one grape and without additions as fruits, coffee or whatever isn’t for wine. I found them and I’ll tell a story of one of them. CastelGiocondo Brunello di Montalcino, whose bottle has harvest of 2015 is 14,5% and one Brunello. Later I recognized that it’s wine of that company (it calls Frescobaldi.), which I’ve used Nipozzano Chianti Rufina, which was on ninety percent Sangiovese and rest are multiple sorts. That’s and Israeli Gamla Merlot were the most impressive in drinking for the last, perhaps, year. However, Brunello and Sangiovese are same grape and difference in how many of it. 

I was searching a dish, which is for combination with this red wine bottle. I for that would be deported from Italy if arrive to there and it would same as somebody will say he is from Calabria and I will answer “Aaa! ’Ndrangheta”. I really love this country. Every switch on TV and I see a new prime minister. As one of them I remember was Matteo Renzi with beautiful English pronunciation, but I still can’t find called by him a town “Inmilan”. So, I didn’t find usually sophistication in dishes of Italian cuisine, which has French, when I was looking for it. Come on, lasagne with red wine! That’s product stirred dish while it would be good if you still have abs (mine currently can be lose, because I had too much candies by which I was fed by communists.). I couldn’t allow lasagne. There were searching and I decided to cook Italian Rib Eye. What can come wrong is that I’m in the land, which hasn’t view of Ligurian Sea from a window. If I have parsley on backyard and garlic in basement while oregano, basil, rosemary are fantastic words there. I’ve found naturally only basil while oregano and rosemary were available in dry seed form. A bottle of balsamic vinegar, which is from Italy, was possible to find to fortunate. I’ve found a kosher salt, which actually is a coarse salt, while for this place is no condition for marbled meat. I could buy rib eye only made in Russia. I hope no one Italian reads it, because I could be executed for this as Mussolini. I had a roe, which equal and I found it will fit. Little days in freezer (San Francisco, please, no Italian here.), but it isn’t a reason just drink a bottle. I hope I will still have an opportunity to visit this country. I just use my knuckles of my right hand for scratch my beard twice. And I will show my index finger and pinky to every wicked. A flat hand will move on my face for them. 

I for making fire used ancient technique, which still in secret and it belongs only to chosen. I’ll disclose only one ingredient: a portable gas balloon. I kept my mashed and stirred souse to where added white pepper and olive oil for one hour in refrigerator. I poured half of it on meat, which recommend in one inch while I later realized that it for bellissimo can be a little bit thick. The most charming pieces will with blood. It is a magnificent discovery for me that seven minutes on every side on grill cooks so fantastic. I put on grill (additionally in olive oil.), pour sauce… And fire rises up.
