It started with visit of Italian restaurant whose chef is Italian. In checking of soups in menu I read “Lithuanian holodnik” (a cold soup). It’s definitely somewhere from a region from where came chef.
After Italian cuisine I had a bottle of Zen of Zin of 2016 in 13,5 of degrees. Zinfandel from the USA. A saturated scent and tender in rinsing. I was getting an old vine from it grapes were harvested. The bottle had negative in more long rinsing where I experienced known damnation, because it usually put in every wine. I had pinches of sulfates. That’s why I like Gamla Merlot. I read on many different wines in Israel and I knew that they use one type of grape. Zen of Zin was sleek in drinking and required cheese, which I hadn’t. I will not devote about sadness in which I situated and tell about using of found alternative in curd cheese. This wine has nothing in exclusivity and it can’t be for twelve dollars.
If Bruce Willis came to nirvana in acting by just allowed to use his face in deepfake technology in Russian commercials and got 1-2 million dollars for this nothing while my soul didn’t achieve to it and required more wine.
A bottle of Italian Lava Aglianico Beneventano harvested in 2017 with same 13,5% and price diapason. It also confesses in sulfates, which I didn’t feel. Less rich in smell, but it’s bottle fits “I have only it for drink” and if you don’t look for high grade.
