Bastille Day. I had a bottle of red dry Calvet Grande Reserve, Bordeaux Superieur and needed to cook something from French cuisine. I wanted something not for long time, because you should be in a special mood for two-three hours of cooking. Especially when it about French. I’ve opened Julia Child’s book where found Supremes de Volaille a la Milanaise, which sounded great for a man who made two failed attempts to study French in home conditions. A dish required chicken’s fillet, which I’ve haven’t. I’ve used turkey’s fillet. If you ever tarred and feathered people in American frontier in XIXth century preparation of this French dish reminds it. Definitely, it passed more of one hour when I’ve finished and left pieces of turkey in fridge for few hours for put them on stove.

My wrong was that I strictly was following to receipt what always do (once it raised fire alarm by believing to pack of frozen potato when I was in the United States.). My four pieces of turkey’s fillet were Bavarian size and didn’t remind refinement of France, but they were delicious after hour frying. I would make offense for dish if I would use ketchup or any of American sauces. And I didn’t want them. Perfect French Calvet Grande Reserve was requiring addition to excellent meat. I recalled cooking of stew beef fried on pan – a dish from same Julia Child’s book. I wanted to use wine too what for me is success in cooking of French cuisine. Calvet Grande Reserve has no flaw in sniff after bottle disclose, first sip, which goes prolong and then to good evening and relaxing aftertaste. It was love from a first sigh. And it turned out so right.

One reminiscence of his performance is a weird music video (it’s a standard.) “California” with Mylene Farmer. He did well his parts, but music always be in listening for me. I like to look on him, but again “but” – he isn’t a savior and not a man on whom I trust in screenplay choice. No nice with Far Cry series, which crushed on the fifth incarnation.

#13. Loneliness in games.

Unfortunately, Ubisoft’s games are not anymore of high quality as presentation of them. Clint Hocking is director of Watch Dogs: Legion. A perfect portfolio, but he follows to orders of Ubisoft, whose policy commercialized. Many artistic people left company due of that. Watch Dogs: Legion captivates by conception of people with personal skills. Videos with gameplay, which I saw before and now, makes vice versa in unprocessed AI and physics. Shooting of lifebars was worsening. I was watching gameplay videos with fast forward. Although virtual and authoritarian, but I attracted to visit London. Ubisoft still wonderful in creation of locations. But that’s not for confidence on play in this game. One more sandbox by Ubisoft.

What else? Interview with Watch Dogs: Legion artist, which I don’t see “for what?”, because without information…Phil Spencer, whose name I usually hear once in this part of year, but in that summer it was much as once again in short appearance here in Ubisoft Forward where he was talking trivialities…Frenchmen follows to EA’s way in talking about quantity of players and demonstration of positive reviews for which they thanked what is not so awful…Knight novel dialogs in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla as I marked for myself few days ago…

Show, which isn’t the last, finished in yesterday video of Far Cry 6. It was in English when previously was in French where I only could catch resembling words. Visit of Ubisoft’s site associated with Just Cause series by their call to kill dictator Anton Costillo in their sandbox world. Later I saw video of interview with Giancarlo Esposito and was a fragment of episode where his character pushes own son to shoot a person. The dictator, who prepares his son for succession reminded identical situation actually of one authoritarian ruler, who committed explosion in metro in 2011, which killed fifteen people. Shortly after that he with son, who for succession, visited place of bombing. Political circumstance in which goes Far Cry 6’s story more cruel and episode with a pistol fits for this situation. I’m not sure on play, but I don’t want that Diego Castillo was presented as child who will keep part of sweet and don’t want to be the successor. Personally, I don’t like stories in which kids participate.
