Festivity drink: Nipozzano Chianti Rufina.

In the world mostly celebrates Saint Patrick’s Day in 17 March. But I don’t like beer, it pushes me to do Christian jokes and I wouldn’t have pleasure in singing shanties (maybe, I would agree only on Drunken Sailor.). I always wanted to celebrate another event in that day. In learning of how general Giuseppe Garibaldi was retaking of Italian states I’ve knew that Italy every fifty years celebrates a date 17 March 1861 in which was proclaimed the Italian kingdom. Why I don’t drink for it?... I apologize. Of course, I wanted to say “Why I don’t celebrate it?” That’s my terrible English! I so sorry. Let’s back! I wanted to celebrate Unification of Italy, but I always missed a date. Also I couldn’t find understanding on large hiatus of festivity. I was looking for explanation. I didn’t got it in English. I was searching in Italian sites where with using of my language knowledge and translator where mostly was translator (I was using only it.). I couldn’t find a revelation. In my Scotland traveling I’ve used an opportunity to ask two Italians who could know on it. I in Italian pronounce said “Risorgim-E-nto!” and even my knowledge of it didn’t get an answer. They couldn’t explain and said that it must a local celebration, but that was national. Then I’ve knew that they from a Central part of a country. I didn’t recall a region name, because it was unknown for me, but in checking of map I am thinking it was Marche. Maybe, it something explains. Eventually, I’ve got the answer by one stunning Italian lady (no questions!) who explained that Unification of Italy celebrates yearly while fifty years is significant period date. I was happy.

Finally, I’ve came ready to date by buying a wine (did you ever try to hide your alcoholism?). A bottle of dry’n’red 2013 Nipozzano Chianti Rufina to it needed an Italian dish to where fitted pasta due of my laziness. I’ve boiled water to where threw four rolled items, because it was all what I had in my wardrobe. It was in cooking for twelve minutes where meantime, I’ve cut two onions on pieces. One big and smaller of it. Soon I dropped it on hot pan with poured olive oil. Then I knifed sausage on cubes where after that I’ve mixed with onion. Time was going so fast. It made me to exclaim “Madonna!”, which got Italian in myself for a first time. I’ve turned off an oven with pasta, because I wanted to cook it three minutes on pan. I’ve finished to cut three tomatoes while I was stirring of sauce as always I was doing. Tomatoes, which could remind cubes, were dropped on cooking thing to where I’ve salted. I’ve forgot a dill, but itself reminded, because it was in my view. I cut and mixed it to where added pasta without, of course, water. Soon I released that pasta in small balance with other products. Madonna! I was cooking pasta in personal pot, because I didn’t want to add water in pan, which would kill a taste, because as alcoholic (really?) I know that piece of ice kills whiskey. I’ve crunched two rolls of pasta. That’s thing can’t overcook. Less eight minutes of making and I decide to serve my got dish for table. Of course, pieces of newly added pasta was feeling, but it gave delicious to dish, because in read of instruction on Italian pasta can see that in following of wrote minutes will give a little bit uncooked. That is because Italians like it. On my bag were six minutes, which were far small. Circumstance, which I had, soaked the dish. Then I understood why natural ingredients in preference in Italy.

I uncorked the bottle, which scent and following were perfection. A living smell boldly gave to mind that it will a great wine. Nothing to erode your mouth in using. Easiness in every stage. A pleasure to eat and drink up. I was forgetting that I am not in Italy.
