A protagonist of Ghostrunner jumps
through materializing platforms of virtual reality for hear a new piece of a
story – a way for fail in game directing. A narration of Architect about past
events soon shows predictability how it will go and then conclude where teller
shows own innocence, but I will not surprise if in the game will a true villain
twist. A female companion for nameless main hero continues list of usual.
I had a visual feeling of poorness
in comparison with demo-version when was watching gameplay. Sometimes chopped
bodies gave effect of explosions of squibs inside of big tomatoes. Looks that a
goal to kill everybody will lives. Animation of putting hand on panel was in
demo-version – never was here.
Artificial intelligence is a soldier
stays on ordered post as I saw in demo-version. I lost interest to contact with
it for that short time of playing and would prefer to run away if could, but
even possibility of fast movement absents and I mean literally. I’ve got
distaste to the game that I must look on flaws. Enemy with a shield enhances
about it. I had this feeling to showed level design in released gameplay video
where recalled experience of demo-version playing.
Presumably, I would mention name of
saints if I will play in Ghostrunner. A naïve hope on the screenplay don’t let
to strike off this game, which promised a potential.
