Come closer to Israel. Gamla Cabernet Sauvignon.

Israel has interesting wines, which I would like to taste as I wish to drink their manufacturing whisky. I want to visit this state for wines, whisky… and certainly for ancient history, culture and traditions.

I’ve bought Gamla Cabernet Sauvignon due to magnificent experience with Gamla Merlot. Adoration to that used bottle was in five-year old age and personal love to this grape. Cabernet Sauvignon isn’t of my favorites and year 2018 defined that drinking.
It has very sophisticated aroma in which I felt only grape and no other addition as it could be coffee (terrible!), citrus fruits (heretics!), herbs (they are not people!) and everything what mustn’t be in wine.
Gamla Cabernet Sauvignon beautifully flows down on a glass as drops of rain on a window with disappearance of trace. It’s likable in drinking, which doesn’t give more than it’s a young wine as unchangeable I had in aftertaste.
